Our most asked-for class! We’ll teach you the most common alterations (hemming and waist adjustments) so you leave with skills for life. It’s recommended to have some familiarity with sewing machine operation, but total beginners are welcome too.

GETTING HERE
We highly recommend taking public transit! The building is 0.4 miles away from the Kendall MIT stop where you can catch the red line and 64, 68, 85, CT2, 64, 68, and 85 buses.
The building is 0.5 miles away from the Lechmere stop where you can catch the green line and 69, 80, 87, and 88 buses.
There is no designated parking lot for the Foundry. There is 2-hour metered parking on the surrounding streets: Rogers Street, Bent Street, Third Street, Fifth Street, among others.
